An Agreement in Principle was reached on Saturday, March 16, 2019 between the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association (AMFA) and Southwest Airlines. Next steps include more meetings the week of March 18 with the goal of a tentative agreement to be put up for a vote. Southwest sent the following letter outlining the highlights of the agreement:
