Many of the open positions require specialized skills, and some demand FAA certification. Training opportunities are available for those with the desire and discipline to contribute to AAR’s customer-driven growth and reputation as a safety-first operation. AAR is also hiring at its MRO facilities in Duluth, Miami, Oklahoma City and Hot Springs, Ark., all part of its 1MRO service and quality control network. Twenty percent of its workforce is comprised of military veterans.
