A J Walter Aviation says it is ramping up its investment in the Americas with a substantial increase in service-ready Boeing and Airbus component inventory held onshore in North America at its facilities in Miami and Los Angeles. This inventory is supported by replenishment from other global AJW inventory hubs and has initially been identified separately as A J Walter Aviation Inc on the Inventory Locator Service (ILS) system.
This company says this decision reflects their ongoing commitment to build-up onshore inventory levels at its Miami base and other developing hubs across North America with over $50 million worth of parts now allocated to support AJW’s growing PBH/Power-By-the-Hour, pooling, leasing, AOG and regular services in the region. The investment has been essential since AJW has seen its business double year-on-year for the past three years. “This substantial increase in stock held with us in Miami supports the growing number of contracts we are winning in the Americas,” Angela Garber, Regional VP Sales North America, says. “AJW’s continued investment in the region reinforces the company’s commitment to expansion of integrated aviation support services across the Americas.”
