AJW Group announced the signing of a Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) contract with new Cypriot operator, Skyfive Airlines.
Under the terms of the agreement, AJW Group will provide comprehensive PBH services for Skyfive Airlines’ fleet, which currently consists of two Airbus A320 aircraft, with a fleet plan to expand to six aircraft in the near future.
PBH is a dynamic maintenance program that ensures optimal aircraft performance and reduces downtime by providing comprehensive support for all required component maintenance events under the agreement. By entrusting their fleet’s maintenance to AJW Group, Skyfive Airlines can focus on their core operations and passenger experience while benefiting from cost predictability, increased operational efficiency, and minimized financial risks, AJW Group says.
AJW Group has built a reputation for delivering quality maintenance support solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, the company says. With expertise in providing comprehensive supply chain solutions AJW Group is equipped to provide Skyfive Airlines with PBH services, including spare parts provisioning, logistics and technical support.
“Skyfive Airlines’ decision to choose AJW Group as their PBH partner is a testament to our commitment to excellence in aircraft support,” said Scott Symington, AJW Group’s chief commercial officer. “We are delighted to support Skyfive Airlines’ growth and operational success by providing them with comprehensive support solutions that optimise their fleet’s performance and ensure passenger safety.”
