Sarah Macleod, executive director of the Aeronautical Repair Station Association (ARSA) released the following statement upon the release of the FAA reauthorization congressional conference report: “By listening to constituents and taking a commonsense approach, Congress avoided the pitfalls threatening repair stations in prior reauthorization bills. The conference report will protect the more than 274,000 Americans employed in civil aviation maintenance.” Macleod added, “ARSA will continue to work with lawmakers to ensure that the conference report is enacted as quickly as possible.”
