Brazilian Air Force Signs OnPoint Agreement

The Brazilian Air Force has signed a five-year OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation covering MRO services of their CF34-10E engines that power its EMBRAER 190 fleet. The work will be performed at the GE Celma facility in Petropolis, Brazil,
which is building up the full overhaul capability for the CF34-10 engines. “The Brazilian Air Force recognizes the value of having the engine OEM providing MRO services on its engine fleet, and GE Aviation looks forward to providing in-country high quality maintenance, repair and overhaul services on the CF34-10E Brazilian presidential fleet,” said Doug Izarra, regional sales general manager for the Americas at GE Aviation.
