The CIRCOR Aerospace Products was selected by Safran/Messier-Bugatti-Dowty to manufacture retraction actuators for their A330 and A340 main landing gear. CIRCOR will support all versions of these actuators, including the basic configuration and enhanced configuration for each aircraft. CIRCOR will perform the manufacturing, final assembly and testing of these actuators at its Sylmar and Corona, California facilities. CIRCOR Aerospace was previously awarded several design and development contracts for the A350 XWB through the systems equipment division of Messier-Bugatti-Dowty.
