Eaton Adds Contracts

Eaton Corporation has been selected by Dublin-based AWAS (Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services) to provide engine-driven pumps and AC motorpumps for the company’s forward order fleet of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 aircraft. The contract designates Eaton’s pumps as baseline components on aircraft to be leased by AWAS, one of the world’s largest aircraft leasing companies.

“Our new relationship with AWAS highlights Eaton’s status as a component provider of choice for a growing number of aircraft leasing and airline customers worldwide,” said Eric Alden, vice president of customer support for Eaton’s Aerospace Group.

Additionally, Eaton and Dutch Valley Supply Company have teamed up to provide Teflon hose assemblies, couplings, ducting and additional fluid conveyance products to support a variety of U.S. military aircraft fleets.

“Teaming with Dutch Valley creates a new sales channel that will optimize the supply chain and improve aircraft support for the U.S. military,” said Einar Johnson, vice president of customer solutions and services for Eaton’s Aerospace Group. “Eaton’s significant market presence with Aeroquip brand fluid conveying products will help ensure that our military customers have the highest levels of component availability and service.”
