Elliott Aviation Joins Tamarack’s Dealer Network

Elliott Aviation announced their addition to the Tamarack Aerospace Group’s Dealer Network. The agreement authorizes Elliott Aviation to install Tamarack Active Winglets at their facilities in Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA and Minneapolis, MN.

Tamarack says their Active Winglets reduce time to climb and fuel burn, while increasing range and aircraft stability, without any structural reinforcement, yielding significant time and cost savings. Tamarack Active Winglets are approved via EASA and FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for installation on the Cessna CJ, CJ1, CJ1+, M2, CJ2, CJ2+, CJ3 and CJ3+ business jets. The Active Winglet system is comprised of a wing tip extension, a highly tuned winglet, and load alleviation technology. The load alleviation system counteracts gust or maneuver wing loading events, and eliminates the heavy wing reinforcement and structural additions required by all passive winglets.

“We are continually looking for ways to enhance our customers’ aircraft,” said Greg Sahr, president of Elliott Aviation. “Tamarack’s ATLAS active winglets offer a truly unique solution that make operator’s aircraft highly efficient.”
