GA Telesis MRO Services Group Reports Record Q3-2018 Performance

GA Telesis is reporting a record third quarter for the company. This marks the third consecutive quarter in which the MRO Services group established a new performance benchmark. All operational and financial metrics improved on both a quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year basis, according to the company.

“We have the best team in the industry that fully understands that quality and customer service is the cornerstone for our continued success,” said Pastor Lopez, president of MRO Services. “Our team is continuously improving everything we do to deliver on our commitments to our customers.”

The company says their MRO Services group is focusing on performance by deploying lean manufacturing principles and eliminating waste from daily activities. They maintain that their current OEM arrangements provide a great benefit to their customers and OEM partners.

In the third quarter ending September 30th, the group obtained both Chinese and Vietnamese regulatory approvals as well as deployed new product capabilities to support A320, B737NG, and B777. In January, the MRO Services Group announced a long-term Repair and Overhaul License Agreement and Parts Supply Agreement with Honeywell. During this same time period, the Company added several new products to its existing agreement with Honeywell, which broadens the offerings to their customer base. Products include electro-mechanical, pneumatic and mechanical LRU’s covering a variety of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer fleet applications. The company plans to continue its OEM alignment strategy with other manufacturers that will allow it to provide repairs using OEM genuine parts and approved procedures at competitive rates.
