Japan Airlines B767 Experiences Engine Issue

Three minutes after takeoff from Kumamoto Airport  the left (No.1) engine of a Boeing 767-346 of Japan Airlines flight JAL/JL632 to Tokyo/Haneda suffered a problem, and spread numerous small pieces of metals over Mashiki town. The window glass of a hospital and a parked car were damaged. No injuries were reported on the ground or in the aircraft. The plane returned to Kumamoto and the turbine blades of the Left engine were found to be damaged after landing.
