Jet Fuel Strategies Forges Alliance with AirplaneManager.com

Jet Fuel Strategies has formed a strategic marketing and development partnership with AirplaneManager.com, based in Huntington Beach, CA. The deal will position Jet Fuel Strategies as the sole provider of sub-retail fuel pricing to subscribers of the AirplaneManager.com flight planning software. “It’s is a marriage made in heaven. We have found a perfect partner at Airplane Manager,” says Alec Blume, CEO and founder of JFS. “They are innovative people who are on the cutting edge of the business, they have a robust offering, and they are online…just as we are. Our technologies have merged almost effortlessly.” Blume added that the potential combined volume of the fleet resulting from the cooperative effort, numbering nearly 900 aircraft, will mean lower prices for the fleet overall. Jet Fuel Strategies will make its world-wide contract and direct-from-FBO fuel pricing available to all AirplaneManager.com subscribers in a seamless online experience within the popular trip planning website, eliminating the need for subscribers to go beyond the AirplaneManager.com website to find the best fuel price. JFS will also extend special pricing opportunities to Airplane Manager subscribers. Beyond integration of pricing data, subscribers can access all of JFS’ fuel management tools, including its SmartFuel search utility, and Optimizer fuel tankering calculator, for free.
