LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions has announced the addition of Rick Mitacek to the LAUNCH Avionics team as director of Business Development and Operations of LAUNCH Avionics. Mitacek will serve as the newest member of the LAUNCH Avionics operations team.
Mitacek joined LAUNCH in 2014 as an account manager where he was responsible for business development and account management. In his new role with LAUNCH Avionics, Mitacek will support the senior vice president with daily operations and will assist in the business development of new clients.

His strong work ethic, industry experience, and business development skills are critical to us driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction,” Roy Carwile, senior vice president of LAUNCH Avionics, said. “The LAUNCH Avionics business is growing at a very rapid pace and we need someone like Rick who can help us deliver our projects on time and on budget.”
In addition to Mitacek’s new role, he will continue to provide account management to other LAUNCH non-Avionics clients.
