Vice President of Quality & Performance Excellence at Global Parts, Inc. (dba GlobalParts.Aero), Nin George, received the annual Edward J. Glueckler Award during the 2019 ASA AFRA Annual Conference. The awards ceremony included many congratulatory messages from Global Parts co-workers and industry peers.
“Their messages were clear, Nin’s dedication to aviation safety and training were key components in ASA selecting Nin for this achievement, said ASA President, Michele Dickstein. “Nin was selected for his support of ASA through his years of leadership on the Quality Committee and position on the Committee to Safeguard Impartiality. Nin has embraced his role in mentoring and teaching his colleagues industry-wide.”
The ASA Annual Conference held last week in Montreal, QC, focuses on quality, legal/regulatory and business issues affecting the aviation parts distribution industry. Named for the founder and first president of the Aviation Suppliers Association, The Edward J. Glueckler Award is presented each year at the conference in recognition of outstanding commitment, dedication and contribution to ASA and the aviation industry.
