AeroVision International has been acquired by LKQ Corporation, a leading provider of alternative and specialty parts to repair and accessorize automobiles and other vehicles.
“This transaction will enable AeroVision to continue its growth as a premier supplier of business and regional aircraft, engine and component solutions,” stated Jeff Barnes, president of AeroVision.
“With the operational and financial resources of LKQ, we are excited about our ability to expand our product offerings and support the expansion of our worldwide customer base.” AeroVision will operate as an LKQ company and continue to maintain its headquarters in Muskegon, Michigan.
The acquisition comes a month after AeroVision announced the opening of a new forward stocking location at London’s Heathrow airport which will serve customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in collaboration with logistics company B&H Worldwide.
