Tug Ignites and Catches Lufthansa A340 on Fire

A Lufthansa A340 was under tow at Frankfurt airport when the tug towing it caught fire this morning. The fire spread to the aircraft and damaged it (see photos). The extent of the damage is not known yet. There were reportedly no passengers on board at the time. There was a large black cloud of smoke reported by observers in the terminal. The event was quickly brought under control by the fire and rescue teams at the airport.
