AJW Group has announced the promotion of Tom De Geytere to chief sales officer. De Geytere will expand his role to oversee the development of AJW Group’s Part Sales & Support and Engines divisions. He will also lead business development in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States according to the company.
Christopher Whiteside, President and CEO of AJW Group, said: “Tom’s extensive experience suits the creative and diverse business models of airlines. Since joining AJW, he has developed strong relationships with our customers in the Asia region. We are experiencing high demand in these growth markets so it was a natural decision for us to deploy Tom’s skill set across the company so that it benefits our customers more widely.”
Prashant Mohan has been chosen as the new regional VP Sales. Mohan will be based out of AJW’s UAE office in Dubai, and will report to Tom De Geytere. A certified Management Accountant holding an Executive Masters in International Business, Mohan’s career spans over 17 years in the aviation industry.
Additionally, Brian Beair has been appointed VP of Business Development and Jordan Green has been appointed regional sales director.
Beair has nearly three decades of experience in the aviation industry, including seventeen years at American Airlines, senior roles within business development at Aeroturbine and The Nordam Group, and more recently as VP of Global Sales & Business Development at Illuminair. Jordan Green, who joins from a senior sales role at Wencor, will primarily lead on the delivery of sales and business development strategy for the North American region.
