airplus Maintenance welcomed half a dozen German and Swiss TBM owners with their fast turboprops at sunny Friedrichshafen on a Saturday in February 2019.
The welcome speech was given by the initiator of the networking meeting Dr. Zwosta and the CEO and owner of airplus Maintenance, Laurent Gauthier. During the hangar and shop tour, different maintenance and upgrade projects were explained.
In the second part of the meeting, a round table was held where the participants exchanged technical and operational issues and shared experiences. The airplus Maintenance team says it was “a great opportunity to listen and understand the expectations and requirements of TBM owners and pilots.” The support teams noted various action items, with the objective to improve customer experience, maintenance services, parts and aircraft availability.
