Prime Turbines, a subsidiary of VSE Aviation, Inc. (VAI) has been selected by Armada de Chile (the Chilean Navy) for the overhaul of two PT6A-25 turboprop engines. The engines power the Navy’s fleet of Pilatus PC-7 aircraft used for pilot training.
“We are grateful to the Chilean Navy for entrusting us with this work,” commented Paul Goffredi, VSE Aviation President and COO. “These overhauls are the first of what we hope will be many more.”
