Delta Flight 1268 en route to Seattle, Wash., diverted due to a cracked windscreen on Wednesday evening, December 4, 2019. The flight was in the air for about an hour before opting to return to Salt Lake City.
Delta released the following statement concerning the flight: “Delta flight 1268 flying to Seattle returned to Salt Lake City shortly after departing due to a crack on the windshield. The flight landed safely without incident. We are working to help passengers resume their travels as quickly as possible on an alternate aircraft and apologize for the inconvenience.”
