Dublin-Based TEAM Accessories Announces New Ownership

Irish aerospace company, TEAM Accessories Ltd. has announced last month the completion of the sale of the company with new owners, Tom Gibbons and Pat McEvoy. The sale includes 100 percent shareholding and all assets and property. The new owners have advised that the company will continue to trade as TEAM Accessories and do not intend to implement changes to the current company structure.

Dublin-based TEAM Accessories is a wholly owned Irish company established in 1995 that employs 40 at its base near Dublin Airport. A global player in the aerospace sector, TEAM Accessories specialises in airframe/engine components and safety equipment covering Boeing 737/757/747/767, Airbus A319/20/30/40, and CFM/GE/P&W series engines. The company holds EASA/FAA/TCCA/CAAC/CARC, DOT, ISO9001 approvals.

The new owners of TEAM Accessories are veterans of the aerospace industry and will head up key functions within the business, with Tom leading the operations and Pat business development and sales. Pat McEvoy has held senior management roles across many the leading international aerospace companies such as Lufthansa, Wood Group, and Chromalloy, and he brings 40 years industry experience to his new role within the company.

Additionally, Tom Gibbons, who has held the position of Managing Director of TEAM Accessories for the last 10 years, has also held senior roles with the Wood Group and Lufthansa, and brings an in-depth knowledge of the business developed from over 31 years within the aerospace industry.
