GA Telesis has appointed Frederic Denise as its SVP Strategy and Corporate Development. Denise will collaborate with GA Telesis’s CEO, division presidents and staff executives on further developing the GA Telesis ecosystem. In addition, Denise is responsible for the growth of global business strategy, partner and customer relationships, mergers and acquisitions, after market solutions for OEMs, and participating in customer engagement opportunities.
Denise, a long-term aviation industry executive with multifunctional and international experience in management and business development, brings extensive knowledge of airlines, MROs and OEMs in the Americas and worldwide. “Denise motivates team members to achieve organizational objectives in a multicultural environment and has seen professional success in leveraging creativity to develop two-way relationships with business partners, airlines and OEMs,” GA Telesis says.
Previously, as vice president and general manager with Zodiac Cabin OEM, Denise directed oversight and management of key locations which produce interiors for Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier. Transitioning to Zodiac Services, the aftermarket organization of the group, Denise helmed operator programs, and prior to Zodiac, Denise spent several years with Barfield, where he held multiple positions, including CEO for the US and Latin America operations. He received his MBA from Institute Superiur de Gestion, in Paris, France.
