Bonus opportunities include a $15,000 sign-on bonus for joining as an aircraft maintenance technician or lead in Dayton, as well as the following that apply to candidates hired at any of PSA’s maintenance bases:
• An experience bonus for qualified aircraft maintenance technicians
o $12,500 bonus for over three years of experience
o $10,000 bonus for over two to three years of experience
o $7,500 for one to two years of experience
• A $5,000 toolbox or cash-in option
• A $7,500 in relocation assistance for non-local candidates who are hired
