A J Walter Aviation (AJW), has signed a five-year contract with Tajikistan-based Somon Air, to provide power-by-the-hour support for its current fleet of two B737 Classics. This is AJW’s second PBH contract with Somon Air in as in January 2012 the airline chose AJW for a five-year contract to provide support to its fleet of four B737NG aircraft.
Somon Air is the first private airline in Tajikistan with headquarters located in Dushanbe and serves as the official carrier of the President of Republic of Tajikistan.
