Constant Aviation Expands Sales Force

Constant Aviation, a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility headquartered at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, announced that Jay Randall has been named the Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager. Randall comes to Constant most recently from Dallas Airmotive where he was responsible for the sale of engine maintenance services specializing in PTA6, JT-15, Spey, Tay and Gulfstream series engines for the Northeast and Great Lakes Territory. Prior to that Randall was a maintenance manager for the Flight Options Sales and Acquisitions department. In this role, he managed aircraft going through the pre-buy or acquisition process. He also sold full-service maintenance for Bizjet International. In this role, he was responsible for selling scheduled maintenance, avionics upgrades and interior modifications for the Beechjet, BBJ, Challenger, Legacy, Falcon, Hawker and Learjet airframes. “Jay’s experience in corporate maintenance sales is extensive. Jay began his career as an A&P technician, which led him to fully understand all aspects of corporate maintenance. The level of service Jay delivers to his customers before, during and after the sale are unmatched. This is a perfect fit with our current team who focuses on providing world-class service day in and out. Randall will be responsible for selling the Constant Aviation services that include maintenance, avionics, interior modifications/refurbishments and parts for the Great Lakes Region.
