Aero Design Ltd. Helicopter Cargo Baskets and Accessories Announces New Owners and Move

Aero Design Ltd. Helicopter Cargo Baskets and Accessories announced the change of ownership to Jeff Clarke in addition to Jason and Wanda Rekve. Along with the change of ownership the company announced the relocation of the company to their new world headquarters and the introduction of their new and expanding distribution network.
Owner Bios
Jeff Clarke C.E.T. has been a long-time fixture at Aero Design with nearly 12 years’ experience in all aspects of the design, drafting, machining, fabrication and sales of each of the products Aero Design offers. Clarke has an intimate knowledge of the products and processes used to create and certify the products currently offered and many new products soon to follow.
Jason Rekve is an AME with nearly 14 years’ experience and endorsements on MD 369/520/600, Bell 206 B/L (All variants) and 212 with additional experience on the Boeing Vertol 107. Rekve has worked in many areas of the utility helicopter market including logging and shake-block logging, firefighting, mining/exploration, power-line construction and movie support and has used a number of the products offered by Aero Design and other manufacturers in real world situations.
Wanda Rekve is a Member Service Representative with the First Credit Union and has a background in marketing and customer support.

Change of Scenery
The company says the relocation to their new facility in Powell River, British Columbia, Canada allows for growth and expansion, an environment that offers an excellent quality of life and a local support network in the community will allow the company to grow and thrive.
“We will continue to support our customers as we always have and will be bringing new ideas and new products to the industry as we move forward. We would also like to wish Mr. Ted Burgoin the very best as he moves into his retirement,” a company spokesperson stated.
