HAECO Americas is going to end its line maintenance services activities in the USA to focus on MRO Services and Cabin Solutions. It will conclude most of its line maintenance operations at most locations by the end of 2016.
The strategy change will only affect the locations in the United States operated by HAECO Americas. All global line maintenance locations outside of the United States, operated by the HAECO Group, will remain in service.
The company is currently preparing a new $60 million, 250,000 square foot Hangar 5 facility at Piedmont Triad International Airport, North Carolina. Additionally, the Cabin Solutions business is transitioning into a larger, newly renovated manufacturing facility in High Point, N.C., to house the production of aircraft interior products.
