The Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC), the specialist in Airbus Corporate Jet VIP cabin completion and customised nose-to-tail services, has announced Marco Mantovani as head of Customer Support and Services, effective 1st May 2012.
In this role, Mantovani oversees technical support, warranty, spares, repair services, upgrades, refurbishment, on site assistance, technical publication updates, training and program management for working parties.
Mantovani has been part of the ACJC team since May 2011 as customer support director. After achieving an Aerospace Engineer degree from “Politecnico di Milano” in Italy, Marco gained widespread experience in airline operations and maintenance. He also has a robust airworthiness background and a very good knowledge of Airbus customer needs. One of Mantovani’s main missions is to provide the highest level of support to ACJC customers.
