Atec, Inc. has acquired Celtech Corporation located at 1300 Terminal Drive, Carlsbad, New Mexico from ASE. Celtech will continue at this location as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atec, a 60 year-old company based in Stafford/Houston, Texas.

Celtech’s renowned ancestry involving Page Avjet Support Equipment, Knight Aerospace Products, Space Corp and ASE brings a wealth of stock listed products, Intellectual Property, experienced personnel and customer relationships to our company,” offered Paul Fenley, President of Atec, Inc.
“Atec’s recent contract with the USAF (WRALC) for 5 year IDIQ task support of T20 & T21 test stands worldwide will see the benefits of streamlining for field operators and procurement agencies from this new affiliation. ASE will support us during the transition period to insure quality equipment, project success and responsive service for our important customer base,” Fenley added.
Celtech specializes in the design, fabrication, and integration of turbojet and turboprop mobile engine test stands and electronic systems. Celtech has over 300 installed systems worldwide, with 70,000 square feet of production facilities on a 10 acre corporate campus in the Carlsbad Airport Industrial Park.
Atec, Inc. provides turbine engine test facilities, along with precision manufacturing services for aviation and space flight components.
