Continuum Applied Technology, Inc. and Shanghai Hawker Business Aviation Service Center (SHPBASC) have announced an agreement to implement CORRIDOR Aviation Service Software in SHPBASC’s new business aviation center at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.
SHPBASC is a joint venture between Shanghai Airport Authority and provides VIP lounge facilities and ground handling services, and is providing maintenance for China’s expanding fleet of corporate aircraft. They are the first independent MRO for business aviation in China.
“Shanghai Hawker Pacific has created a superior business aviation service center, and we’re pleased that they’ve selected CORRIDOR to support their development,” says Jack Demeis Continuum founder and president. “We look forward to being a part of Shanghai Hawker Pacific’s continued success.”
CORRIDOR Aviation Service Software is an aviation-specific enterprise software application designed to automate all aspects of aviation maintenance and service. CORRIDOR has supported global customers for more than 15 years and is backed by an experienced support and implementation team.
SHPBASC evaluated and selected CORRIDOR for its ability to achieve automation requirements and maintain compliance of safety and government regulations, as well as for its flexibility to support future growth.
“CORRIDOR is used by several OEM’s we represent and a number of the operators who fly to Shanghai. All have spoken highly of their experience with CORRIDOR,” says Carey Matthews, general manager for the SHPBASC Joint Venture. “As the first MRO in China focused on business aviation, we selected CORRIDOR to guarantee that we have the best software system possible and set a very high standard for the MRO and our customers right from the start of our business.”
